5. Data Processors & International Transfers (IMPORTANT): To provide our services efficiently, certain visa-related tasks (such as document formatting and appointment assistance) may be carried out by vetted independent freelancers based in India.

These freelancers:

• Work strictly under our instructions
• Have signed confidentiality and GDPR compliance agreements 
• Are not permitted to store, share, or use your data for any other purpose 
• Must delete your files after completing the work

All international data handling follows UK GDPR rules, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. How We Store & Protect Your Data: We use secure systems including Google Workspace and encrypted communication channels.

Key protections include:

• Access is limited to authorised team members only
• Password protection and two-factor authentication
• Encrypted storage for sensitive documents
• No data is stored on unsecured devices
• All freelancers must follow strict security rules

• Report the incident to the ICO within 72 hours if legally necessary

10. Data Retention and Deletion: We retain your information only for as long as necessary to deliver your service. Once your appointment or visa service is completed, you may request immediate deletion of your data.

11. Refund Policy: We aim to provide transparent and fair service. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Appointment Booking: If we are unable to secure an appointment within the designated time frame, you are eligible for a 100% refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
• After Appointment Confirmation: Once an appointment is successfully booked, we cannot offer a refund. 
• Documentation & Full-Service Fees: Documentation and full-service fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
• Visa Extension Service (6+ Months Guarantee): If you do not receive a visa extension of 6 months or more, we will refund the full amount minus £180 (for processing and service efforts).
• For example, from a £399 payment, £219 will be refunded. This refund will be provided as a credit with us, which you can apply toward any future services.

12. Visa Decision Disclaimer: Please note that visa decisions are made solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. We provide support based on your profile and documentation, but we do not influence or guarantee the outcome of your visa application.

Note:  All documents prepared by our team are provided for guidance and support only; the applicant is solely responsible for reviewing, cross-checking, and submitting the final documents at the visa appointment, and must inform our team in advance of any changes or corrections required. 

A visa refusal is not a reflection of our service, and we encourage all clients to carefully consider our recommendations before submission.
