These terms apply to the optional add-ons you can select when booking our service. They sit alongside our main Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If anything here conflicts with those documents, please ask your consultant and we will explain.

You only pay for the ones you choose, at the prices shown at the time of booking.
An add-on improves or speeds up the work we do on your case. It does not change who decides your visa. The outcome, the validity and the type of visa you receive are always decided by the embassy, consulate or visa centre, never by us.
If your visa is refused after we have assisted you, this add-on entitles you to a full refund of the consultancy fee you paid us for that application. This is a deliberate exception to our standard Refund Policy, which does not otherwise offer a refund on a refusal.
The refund covers our consultancy fee only. It does not cover fees paid to third parties, such as embassy or consulate visa fees, appointment or biometric centre fees, or courier costs, as these are set and collected by others and we never hold that money. The £49 add-on fee itself is non refundable.
To qualify for the refund, all of the following must apply:
This add-on covers one refusal per purchase. It does not apply where the refusal results from something within your control, or from something you did not disclose to us, for example providing false or misleading information, missing your appointment, or withholding relevant immigration history. In those cases the refund will not apply.
The £49 fee for this add-on is non refundable once purchased.
Your file is moved to the front of our document queue. Once your appointment is booked and confirmed, we prepare and deliver your complete documentation within 24 hours.
The 24 hour turnaround begins from the moment we confirm your appointment booking, not from the time you paid for the service. Your documentation depends on your confirmed appointment details, so priority preparation only starts once that appointment is in place. If you have not yet sent us all the documents and information we have asked you for, the 24 hours begins once we hold both your appointment confirmation and everything we need from you.
This add-on speeds up our own work only. It does not speed up the embassy, consulate or appointment centre, and it does not make your visa more likely to be approved or processed faster by them.
This fee is non refundable once we have begun prioritised work on your file.
We prioritise the search for your visa appointment and actively chase the earliest available biometric or appointment slot, including monitoring for cancellations and newly released slots.
Appointment availability is controlled entirely by the embassy, consulate or visa centre, not by us. What we promise is our best effort to secure the earliest slot we can for whichever country becomes available first.
If, having taken this add-on, we are unable to secure an appointment within the 24 hour window you gave us, the appointment refund set out in our Refund Policy applies and you may request a refund.
We print your complete application file, organise it in the correct order and courier it to the address you provide, ready for your appointment or your records.
Delivery times depend on the courier and are outside our control. Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct and complete, as we cannot be responsible for items sent to a wrong address you have provided. We take reasonable care with your documents, but we are not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by the courier beyond the steps we can reasonably take to help resolve it. Please check your file on receipt and tell us straight away if anything is missing.
This fee is non refundable once printing or courier arrangements have been made.
For this add-on we build your application around more than one planned trip, presenting your travel intentions so they support a request for a longer-validity, multi-entry visa. Showing a genuine pattern of intended travel, rather than a single one-off journey, can strengthen the case for a visa that lasts longer and allows more than one entry. The £45 is a charge for this extra preparation work.
The length of validity and whether a visa is single or multi-entry are decided solely by the embassy or consulate. This add-on does not guarantee that you will be granted a longer or multi-entry visa, and it does not guarantee that your visa will be approved at all. You are paying for the additional work we do to present the strongest possible case, not for a particular outcome.
This fee is non refundable regardless of the validity or entry type the embassy grants, because the additional preparation work is delivered in full either way.
